has cooked upon some of the grandest yachts in the
world, and for royalty. She offers haute cuisine
prepared from the finest local ingredients or, with a
wealth of experience and world travel, can
prepare international dishes to suit the most exotic of
tastes.

happy to source particular wines and vintages by
arrangement.
